3. Not an Authentication Service
IMPORTANT: PairPrecheck is NOT an authentication service.
- Our AI provides risk assessments, not authentication
- Results are probabilistic, not definitive
- Low risk does not guarantee authenticity
- We are not affiliated with StockX, GOAT, or any authentication service
- Platform authentication processes remain the authoritative method
4. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide clear, high-quality images following our guidelines
- Understand that risk assessments are educational tools
- Not use results to make fraudulent claims
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer our AI technology
- Maintain account credential confidentiality
5. Payment and Credits
PairPrecheck operates on a credit-based system:
- 1 credit = 1 analysis
- Credits never expire
- No subscriptions or recurring charges
- Payments processed securely through Stripe
6. Refund Policy
See our Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility. Analysis results are non-refundable as the service is delivered upon completion.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAIRPRECHECK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Financial losses from reliance on risk assessments
- Differences between risk assessments and authentication results
- Lost profits or business interruptions
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
